Let’s try to follow this, this week……Here’s my menu plan……
Monday – Beef Roast in the crockpot, horseradish mashed potatoes, green beans.
Tuesday – Pork Chops, stuffing, and mixed veggies
Wednesday – Dinner provided at Church before the Lenten Service
Thursday – Chicken and Veggie Stir-fry and Jasmine Rice
Friday – Leftover Buffet (Before we leave for 5 days in IL)
